We get our organic vegetables from local farms and serve them fresh when they’re in season. What’s on the menu changes depending on what’s being harvested, but we make sure the produce on your plate is always sourced from nearby.

Café Joséphine

Coffee, tea, pastries, quick bites, and snacks for when you're on the move. Café Joséphine is open throughout the day for guests, and welcomes outside visitors between meal service times (10:00am-12:30pm and 3:00pm-7:00pm).

Full-board dining includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily with complimentary tea and coffee during breakfast. Between meals, visit Café Joséphine for snacks, beverages, and refreshments.
